Before you start

Connecting an account grants Agencify permission to read data and, in authorized flows, write to the provider. The integration should not be treated as read only.

Requirements

Identify the Workspace, client, and provider involved.
Know which action will be performed.
Check the client's AI authorization mode.

Permissions

Viewers can inspect available data but cannot perform mutations. Owners, Admins, and Members can perform operations according to the resource and integration. AI actions depend on the authorization selected for the client.

Steps

Treat account discovery and requests for campaigns, metrics, pages, and resources as provider reads.
Treat importing or updating accounts, campaigns, ads, and metrics in Agencify as local synchronization.
Treat creation, editing, pausing, activation, budget adjustment, and deletion as provider changes.
In Recommend only mode, AI creates recommendations without applying a provider change.
In Authorize edits mode, AI may perform allowed actions such as pausing or reallocating budget.
Treat Disconnect as an external action because it attempts to revoke provider authorization.

Validation

After a read or sync, confirm the client and date range and check that local data was updated. After a mutation, also confirm the result directly in the corresponding Meta or Google account.

Troubleshooting

If data is incomplete, check permissions, integration health, and the selected date range.
If a change is missing from the provider, do not repeat the action before checking its current state.
If the integration is expired or revoked, reconnect it from Integrations.

Limits and safeguards

Reads may use cache, pagination, or partial results and may be affected by provider limits. A sync can locally deactivate records that are no longer returned. Switching clients in Campaigns can start a read and sync, but it does not change a provider campaign by itself.
