Welcome to Agencify. These Terms of Service govern the use of our platform for managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

By creating an account or using Agencify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Agencify.

Agencify is a campaign management platform that helps agencies and businesses manage their Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts from a centralized dashboard.

Our platform offers:

• Integration with Facebook Ads and Google Ads APIs
• Campaign performance monitoring and analytics
• Automated reports
• Multi-account management capabilities
• Team collaboration features

To use these features, you must connect your advertising accounts through our secure OAuth2 integration. We only access data necessary to provide our services.

To use Agencify, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts without our permission.

Subscription Plans: Agencify offers monthly and annual subscription plans.

Billing:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Free Trial: The duration shown at signup is recorded for each subscription and remains valid until its corresponding end date. Later offer changes apply only to new signups. After the trial, you will need a paid plan to continue using Agencify.

You agree to use Agencify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may NOT:

• Use the platform to manage fraudulent or misleading advertising campaigns
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our software
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission
• Overload our servers with excessive requests
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Use the platform to violate Facebook or Google advertising policies

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key points:

• We only access advertising data from connected accounts
• Your campaign data remains private to your account
• We do not sell your data. We share data only with providers needed to operate, protect, measure and improve Agencify, as described in the Privacy Policy
• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information
• You can export or delete your data at any time

By using Agencify, you agree to our Privacy Policy available at agencifyapp.com/legal-privacy_policy.

All content, features, and functionality of Agencify are our property and protected by intellectual property laws.

Our Property:

• The Agencify platform and software
• Our logo, brand, and visual design
• Documentation and educational content

Your Property:

• Your advertising campaigns and creative assets
• Data from your connected ad accounts
• Content you upload to the platform

You grant us a limited license to use your content solely as necessary to provide our services to you.

Agencify is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data or revenue
• Advertising campaign performance
• Third-party service interruptions (Facebook, Google)
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

We do our best to maintain platform availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

You may cancel at any time:

• Cancel through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of the period
• No refunds for partial months

We may terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms
• Your payment fails
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law

After termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, we may delete your information.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by Brazilian law.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms occasionally and will notify you of significant changes via email.
