Before you begin
- No prior setup is required to read this overview.
- Identify the result your team wants to deliver to its first client.
The goal of this journey
Agencify organizes paid media work from connecting accounts to delivering results to a client. This journey follows the order that reduces rework: confirm the context, prepare the foundation, operate, learn from the data, and share what happened.
You do not need to master every area at once. The goal is to understand how the areas connect and know where to look when a task or question appears.
The path to first value
1. Organize the context
Start with the Workspace, client, and team roles. These three elements define where data belongs, who can access it, and which operation is active.
2. Connect and prepare
Connect Meta or Google according to the channel used by the client. Then organize reusable audiences, ads, conversion zones, keywords, and negative keyword lists.
3. Operate and monitor
Create a campaign or experiment group. Follow processing and review states before interpreting metrics or changing budgets and status.
4. Learn and share
Use metrics, AI recommendations, and History to understand decisions. Then turn the results into reports and schedule recurring delivery when it is useful.
Mental model
Agencify is the operational layer that brings clients, resources, and results together. Meta and Google remain the providers that deliver ads and apply their own policies. A read or synchronization may only refresh local data; an authorized creation, edit, pause, or action can change the provider.
A recognizable scenario
An agency receives a new client that advertises on Google. It first confirms the Workspace and creates the client. It then connects Google, prepares keywords and ads, creates the campaign, follows processing, reads the metrics, and sends a report. Each step depends on the correct context from the previous one.
How to know you are on track
- The team recognizes the active Workspace and client.
- At least one required channel is connected.
- Reusable resources are organized before creation.
- Campaign and experiment states are understood before adjustments.
- Metrics, AI, and History are used as evidence.
- The report explains the result to the client and recurring delivery has an owner.
