When you connect these accounts, you authorize Agencify to retrieve information from your Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts, including campaign performance metrics, ad spend, audience data, and other advertising information needed to provide our campaign management services. This is not just a login convenience feature but an essential integration for managing and optimizing your advertising campaigns through our platform.

We use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• Service Provision and Maintenance: To provide, maintain, and monitor the use of our Service.
• Account Management: To manage your registration and give you access to the features available to registered users.
• Communications: To contact you by email, WhatsApp, or push notifications about updates or informational messages related to features, products, or contracted services, including security updates when necessary.

This aggregated data is used exclusively to improve Agencify's functionality and user experience. WE DO NOT analyze, share, or access the specific content of your advertising campaigns, your ad performance, or your business metrics. That data remains completely private to your account.

How we use cookies and similar technologies: Cookiebot manages consent on the site. Necessary cookies keep Agencify working. Analytics, marketing, remarketing, pixels, ad personalization and profiling depend on the choices recorded in the consent manager.

• Necessary: keep login, security, sessions, billing and core features working. Providers: Agencify, Supabase, Stripe and hosting infrastructure. Retention: session, account lifetime or the period required for legal obligations.
• Basic analytics: understand usage, stability, visited pages and errors to improve the product. Providers: Agencify, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and PostHog when configured. Retention: according to provider settings and internal controls.
• Marketing: used for ads, remarketing, pixels, campaigns, audiences, ad measurement, ad personalization and profiling when tags exist in GTM. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive data. Providers: Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and other configured pixels. Retention: according to each provider and container configuration.

You can revoke or change marketing through the active consent manager on the site or through browser settings. Marketing tags must be configured in GTM to respect consent.
